Counsellor Directory
This innovative membership service serves to promote business information about your counselling practice, specialized services and skills as well as the ability to upload a profile picture and business logo. With futurist trends heading towards a generation that seeks information online as well as a specific set of skills, knowledge and experience, the CPCA believes this directory will provide a competitive edge for marketing our member's counselling services across Canada to the public, insurance providers, EAP contractors and government for verification of your legitimacy. All members who are in "good standing" will be approved to list their contact information in the directory on an annual basis. It allows our members to login to their directory listing once it has been approved and make any changes to their contact information.

Description
My name is Sabrina Ingram and I am a wellness psychotherapist/counsellor in Vancouver, BC. You can find me at Pheonix Rising Counselling online. My approach is client centered and collaborative. I draw on a variety of modalities to support mindfulness and self-awareness helping clients reconnect themselves and move towards meaningful change. I am passionate about supporting women and gender-diverse individuals through experiences relating to reproductive health issues, trauma and sexuality; also navigating pregnancy loss, trauma, abortion, sexual assault and the emotional transitions of perimenopause and menopause.
In addition to my work in PRC, I continue to work with the community of the DTES, where I have spent many years supporting individuals impacted by poverty, addiction and systemic trauma with a deep respect for community care. Non-judgment is paramount to all my areas of work.
